How to feed large group in NYC

Are you coming to New York City with a large family or group? I plan trips for large parties all the time and one of the biggest concerns facing them is where they are going to eat that will satisfy everyone. Thankfully, New York City is home to some amazing food halls and food courts where there can be two dozen or more food vendors all under one roof.

The Time Out Market in Brooklyn, for example, has over 20 food vendors, featuring everything from Thai and Vegan to Southern Comfort Food and Pizza. They also have several cocktail bars and a rooftop with views of the Manhattan Skyline. The Hugh, in Midtown East, has THE BEST Italian Sandwiches, Mediterranean Street Food, Ramen, Burgers, Sushi and so much more! As you can see, these are the places to bring a large group with varying tastes, appetites, and even dietary restrictions.

Food halls typically have some counter seats at each vendor but also have large areas of communal seating. The process is simple, you go order and pick-up your food from your chosen purveyor and then find a seat in their dining area. It’s casual, clean, and efficient. And best of all, there’s something for everyone!
